Job Description
The Tec Agency is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to be an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle live chat support for various clients while striving to convert potential leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide live chat support for multiple clients.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, be tech-savvy, and be available from 2 PM to 11 PM at our Gulistan-e-Johar office.
