Job Description
VapeMall is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Support Representative.
As a leading online retailer in the Vaping industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and offering top-quality products to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Assist customers in navigating our website, placing orders, and resolving any issues they encounter.
- Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and upsell products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and goals.
- Familiarity with vaping products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in using customer support software and online platforms.
