Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative, where you will serve our US-based clients by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will provide accurate product information, address customer concerns, and handle transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies. Document interactions and maintain detailed records for each customer conversation. Address complaints, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. A high level of product knowledge is essential to assist our customers effectively.
