Job Description
Idealancy, a leading online shopping store specializing in household and kitchen accessories across Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative. In this role, you will manage customer phone calls, address inquiries about returned parcels, coordinate with courier companies to improve delivery services, prepare reports for management, contact customers regarding incomplete addresses, and facilitate internal team communication.
Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficient typing speed, and a team player attitude. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Location: Near Dolmen Mall, North Nazimabad Hyderi
Salary: PKR 25,00 – 35,00 (commensurate with experience)
