Job Description
KazSoft Technologies is actively seeking a fluent English-speaking individual for an inbound sales and customer support position. We are looking for motivated candidates who excel in communication and possess prior call center experience. Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English: Able to communicate confidently with US customers without relying on scripts.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a renowned call center, BPO, or software development company.
- Campaign Experience: Relevant experience with US telecom campaigns is mandatory.
- Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM).
