Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is looking for a confident, English-fluent individual to join our packaging industry project as a Night Shift Customer Support & Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our international customers, responsible for driving sales and providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and live chat.
- Convert inquiries into sales while addressing and resolving complaints.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support or sales.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Salary: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00 per month
