Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at 365 Care Group Private Limited. The successful candidate will manage daily control room operations, assist employees with their inquiries, guide callers through troubleshooting processes, and oversee shift confirmation messages.
This role requires excellent communication, data management, and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail and professionalism. Training will be provided.
This is a full-time position with two shifts available: Morning (11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) and Night (11:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m.).
