Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting as a Customer Support Specialist! You will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries regarding our products and services. Collaborate with clients to enhance service competitiveness, ensuring a positive Customer Experience and high Quality Assurance (QA) Scores.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Resolve service issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or above.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- American or neutral accent.
Salary: Up to Rs75,00 per month. Full-time position with US/UK timings (5 days a week).
