Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our ecommerce brand’s onsite office near Sadder Rawalpindi. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of car parts.
Responsibilities include:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a CSE in e-commerce or call center.
- Managing a team of customer support representatives.
- Overseeing the customer service process and resolving complaints.
- Planning training and quality assurance for service delivery.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment.
