Job Description
We are seeking a confident, responsible Customer Support Specialist to manage incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from patients. Shift: 8 am to 8 pm. Responsibilities include professionally attending calls, promptly replying to WhatsApp queries, recording patient details and maintaining logs, and answering general service questions. Requirements: intermediate or graduate education, strong communication, ability to use WhatsApp and smartphone apps, basic computer skills, and 2–3 years prior experience. This is a full-time, in-person position. Salary: Rs25,00–Rs45,00 per month.
