Job Description
Quantive Digital is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist (Male) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, delivering essential service information, and understanding their specific needs.
Your responsibilities will also include scheduling meetings, converting leads into sales, and meeting designated targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary and operates on a schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with weekends off.
