Job Description
Agregga SMC-Private Limited is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Systems Monitoring Executive. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our real-time payment transaction system while providing exceptional first-line support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include continuous system monitoring, timely customer assistance via chat and email, and effective collaboration with our technical team to expedite issue resolution.
Ideal candidates should be flexible with shift work, possess prior experience in customer support or Network Operations Center (NOC), and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English communication is required. This is a full-time and in-person position.
