Job Description
LOKAL Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to oversee, support, and train our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing KPIs, curating weekly schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and optimizing existing systems for improved performance. A strong familiarity with our products and services is essential.
Applicants should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience in a junior managerial position within customer support, or three to four years in Operations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required.
This is a full-time role, with a salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month. Applications will be accepted until 30/03/2025, with an anticipated start date of 07/04/2025.
