Job Description
Softvira is on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist with a deep understanding of U.S. taxation to assist clients with their tax-related inquiries and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of U.S. tax laws and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer support, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain high communication standards. Provide guidance on tax compliance requirements and assist clients in navigating tax software.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, proven experience in customer support, and outstanding communication skills.
Benefits: Competitive salary, bonuses, and more, with a monthly pay of up to Rs120,00.00. Location: Shahra-e-Faisal (Fortune Tower).
