Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dairy Farm Manager to efficiently oversee the daily operations of our dairy farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing farm activities, ensuring optimal production, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating effectively with suppliers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care of livestock and the management of farm resources.
- Ensure quality control in milk production and the supply chain.
- Manage relationships with wholesalers and distribution logistics.
- Supervise the procurement of feed and supplies.
- Maintain financial records and ensure staff compliance.
Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years in dairy farming or farm management is essential.
Compensation: Rs75,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
