Job Description

RepairDesk is seeking a dedicated Data Conversion Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will provide exceptional support via chat, calls, and emails. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed, and ensuring effective communication to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with JIRA and ZOHO for ticket tracking and issue management is important, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and prior experience in similar positions are required.
