Job Description
365 Care Group seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support daily operations by optimizing workflows, maintaining accurate records, preparing operational reports, and coordinating cross-department activities. This full-time, in-person role is open to fresh graduates (0–1 year).
Ideal candidates possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a process-driven mindset. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate and timely data entry and documentation
- Analyzing operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Supporting process improvements and cross-functional coordination
