Job Description
Grewals seeks a full-time Debit Card Operations Supervisor to manage instant card issuance and ATM on-site printing. You will oversee end-to-end card production, maintain accurate system records, compile operational reports, enforce bank policies, and escalate issues. The role includes supervising field distribution, training staff, ensuring quality and security controls, and coordinating reports for management. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (Business or Finance preferred), have experience in banking or card/ATM operations, and demonstrate strong organizational, data-entry, reporting, and communication skills with close attention to detail. This position is in-person.
