Job Description
Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Finance Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting daily accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial reporting, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, and facilitating audits, budgeting, and tax processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support the consolidation process.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and conduct periodic forecasting.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting professionals.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com with 5–8 years of experience in accounting roles. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is required.
