Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager HR Compliance Assurance & Training to join our team at SPOGEN (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in HRM or a relevant master’s degree and have 3-5 years of experience in HR Management and Organizational Development.
Salary ranges from $60,00 to $70,00 annually. Candidates must have knowledge of Quality Management Standards, such as ISO9001.
The role involves managing personnel documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, training employees, and conducting internal audits.
