Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a qualified Deputy Manager – HR Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the release of management reports for all programs, reviewing financial performance, and ensuring effective communication with relevant colleagues regarding ERP matters.
Key responsibilities include monthly income and expenditure reviews, bank reconciliations, and the introduction of performance management reports using Power BI. You will also participate in various IT projects related to school operations.
The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of relevant experience, a CA/ACCA qualification or an MBA, and strong interpersonal skills for teamwork under diverse conditions.
