Job Description
Location: Field-based (Islamabad)
Department: Infection Prevention Solutions / Engineering Services
Total Technologies Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer with expertise in Mechatronics or Electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training related to various equipment, including CSSD machinery and hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized equipment.
- Deliver customer support and conduct comprehensive training sessions.
- Prepare service documentation while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective project execution.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, 2-3 years of experience, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a readiness to travel is essential.
