Job Description

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Diamond Evaluator to join our client’s mining operations in Angola. The ideal candidate will expertly assess, grade, and value rough diamonds in accordance with international standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and grade diamonds using gemological instruments; determine market value using current pricing data; maintain precise parcel documentation and reports; coordinate safe handling and transport.
• Requirements: Degree in Gemology or related field; minimum 8 years’ diamond evaluation experience; fluency in Portuguese and/or English.
• Benefits: Monthly salary USD 5,00–7,00 plus commission; accommodation and meals provided; 30 days annual leave with travel support.
