Job Description

KHOJ Resorts seeks an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue growth across our resort portfolio. The Director will set and exceed sales targets, design go-to-market strategies, and lead a high-performing sales team to maximize group and leisure business.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients and travel trade partners.
• Oversee account management, negotiate contracts, and secure group bookings.
• Establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and report results to executive leadership.

Qualifications: 7+ years in hospitality sales with a proven record in group and leisure markets, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
