Job Description
Globe Call Centre is seeking expert cab dispatchers for the role of Dispatch Supervisor. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in dispatching cabs.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and dispatch cabs to designated locations.
- Monitor drivers’ schedules for timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Experience as a cab dispatcher or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and dispatch software.
- Excellent communication skills.
Location: Islamabad | Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs250.00 – Rs320.00 per hour
