Job Description
Ezify SMC Private Limited is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to become part of our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods. Excellent communication among customers, drivers, and internal teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers based on customer requests and delivery timelines.
- Utilize dispatch software to monitor real-time routes and provide updates to drivers.
- Keep accurate records of logs, reports, and delivery schedules.
