Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage rider operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Assign deliveries based on rider availability and track order status.
- Ensure timely pickups and address any delivery issues.
- Handle financial accountability and verify collected amounts.
- Enhance operational efficiency through best practices and training.
- Utilize local navigation knowledge to optimize delivery routes.
Requirements:
- Intermediate experience in a relevant role, preferably as a dispatcher.
- Proficiency in tracking and management software; strong map knowledge.
- Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Chaklala Scheme-3, Rawalpindi
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs42,00.00 per month
