Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all riders in a designated branch.
- Assign delivery orders based on rider availability and monitor order status.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining service quality.
- Conduct financial closings and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Implement best practices for rider management and provide training.
- Utilize local navigation knowledge to optimize delivery routes.
Requirements:
- Intermediate experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in tracking and management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, decision-making environment.
