Job Description
We are 5A’s, seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative. Your role will involve managing and preparing orders via Shopify, addressing customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also collaborate with courier companies to resolve delivery issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Requirements: Proficiency in computer use and software applications, basic Shopify knowledge, strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
