Job Position: E-commerce Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Work Hours: 8 hours a day, six days a week (NOT a remote job)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt assistance and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage returns and order tracking.
- Engage in live chats and address account queries.
- Utilize computer operations and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, e-commerce experience preferred. Must commute to the office and bring a personal laptop.
