Job Description
We are seeking an E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service via email, chat, and phone for our online store. You will manage order inquiries, returns, product questions, and promptly resolve payment and shipping issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Requirements: strong English communication, experience with CRM or helpdesk tools, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and availability for flexible shifts.
