Grace Fabrics International is seeking an E-Commerce Executive for our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in online retail or with fashion brands. Your role will involve managing comprehensive E-Commerce operations, including order processing, customer support, payment management, and delivery coordination.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, overseeing payment transactions, implementing customer loyalty programs, and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Applicants should hold an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms is a must.
