Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Designer to join our Architecture and Planning department at Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore, located on Main Ferozpur Road. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of the Architecture Department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating electrical designs for both residential and commercial projects.
- Employing Revit and AutoCAD to develop detailed electrical design plans, including single line diagrams and schematics.
- Collaborating with various design disciplines to ensure project cohesion.
- Formulating job-specific discipline specifications.
- Assessing and selecting appropriate electrical systems and materials.
- Participating in project coordination meetings with team members and external consultants.
- Engaging in value engineering and preliminary cost estimation processes.
This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
