Job Description
We are hiring a full‑time, in‑person Event Supervisor at Grand Royal Banquet Hall in Muridke to manage on‑site execution of weddings (Mehndi, Barat, Walima, Nikah) and corporate events. Responsibilities include supervising waitstaff and cleaners, coordinating decor, sound, lighting, catering and maintenance, enforcing timelines, seating plans and service standards, preparing the hall before events and ensuring proper closure, and resolving guest/client issues. The position reports daily to the Banquet Hall Manager.
Qualifications: practical banquet/marquee experience, strong staff‑management and problem‑solving skills, and availability for late nights and weekends. Applicants should be based near Muridke.
