Job Description

Cube Discipline is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO’s calendar across multiple time zones, coordinate communications, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations. You will also assist with follow-ups, take meeting notes, and conduct essential online research to support decision-making.
