Job Description
Excelorithm LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team with daily operations, scheduling, and communications. You will manage the executive calendar, arrange meetings and travel, and handle phone calls, emails, and confidential information.
Candidates should have prior experience as an Executive Assistant, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
