Job Description
HexaMile Soft seeks a full-time, in-person Executive Assistant. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Draft professional letters, emails, and documents; manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
- Organize files and office operations; coordinate with government departments; handle confidential information.
- Use AI tools to enhance productivity and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
Requirements: Master’s degree, 1–2 years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Secretary, and government liaison experience. Skills: MS Office proficiency, strong English drafting, organization, time management, multitasking, proactivity, and integrity. Salary: Rs25,00–30,00 per month.
