Job Description
MH Engineering Services is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documents and presentations, managing budgets, and maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and professional matters.
Your duties will also include managing communications, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. You will maintain documentation and filing systems to ensure smooth operations.
The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to travel to Lahore to attend meetings as our company’s representative.
