Job Description
Hubsoft is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, arrange travel, and prepare expense reports. Successful candidates will be organized, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently.
Your key responsibilities will include serving as a main contact point, managing information flow, arranging meetings, and overseeing office supplies while ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements for this role include 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, strong MS Office skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
