Position Overview: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will ensure the CEO’s initiatives are executed seamlessly. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and communications.
- Prepare reports and organize logistics for online events.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support the CEO with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
