Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO at Zcom Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO/Chairman’s calendar, handle correspondence, prepare and edit reports, and organize meetings. A strong focus on confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information is required.
Key responsibilities include assisting with special projects and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. Essential skills include excellent email communication, typing speed, basic accounting knowledge, and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
Education: Master’s (Required)
Experience: 5 years as an Executive Secretary (Required)
