Job Description
We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, and preparing insightful reports. The Executive Assistant will also act as a crucial liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualified applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in an executive support role, along with proficiency in office software. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
