Job Description
Galaxy Freight Forwarding is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to provide essential support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s complex calendar, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and serving as the primary liaison between the CEO and external partners. Additionally, the Executive Coordinator will take meeting notes, track action items, and handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
