Job Description
Interwood Mobel is actively seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Human Resources professional. This pivotal role requires executing and supporting daily HR operations, ensuring efficient HR processes, and aiding in the execution of HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee documentation, including onboarding and compliance paperwork.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain precise employee records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations.
