Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operations Manager to oversee our daily production activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include enhancing production efficiency, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and coordinating with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams. You will also maintain production records and generate essential reports while supervising and training production staff.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology and a minimum of 4 years of experience in FMCG production. A strong understanding of food safety standards, coupled with excellent analytical and leadership skills, is essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
