Job Description
Twin City Recruiter (Pvt.) Ltd, one of the top-rated BPO service providers in Pakistan, is looking for fresh Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our Bahira Town Rawalpindi office.
Ideal candidates will communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat while converting leads into sales.
Requirements include basic English skills; prior international call center experience is preferred. The full-time position offers a salary of Rs.40,00 to Rs.60,00, depending on experience.
Work hours are 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Reliable commuting to Rawalpindi is essential.
