Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for an Experienced Inbound Agent at Grow More Call Center located in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and general support requests related to Xfinity services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Xfinity sales campaigns.
- 2 years of experience in an inbound call center environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available for night shifts (9 PM – 5 AM).
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
