Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is seeking an Experienced Inbound Taxi Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, with over one year of customer service experience. Strong customer service skills and a reliable attendance record are essential.
Core responsibilities include managing inbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing information to new clients. This position requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working the graveyard shift.
