Job Description
We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding support. This role includes collecting customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience with Avatar software (preferred).
- Basic English proficiency with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to handle 600-800 calls daily.
Shifts Available:
- Half-time: 7:30 pm – 12:30 am
- Full-time: 7:30 pm – 5:30 am
