Job Description
Location: Upper Mall, Lahore
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time) – Includes a 1-Hour Break
PnM Dispatch is currently seeking a dedicated, full-time Truck Dispatcher to support our U.S. dispatching operations from our office in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new Owner Operators and carriers.
- Book loads using various platforms, including DAT and Truckstop.
- Maintain communication with drivers and monitor load progress.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in U.S. truck dispatching.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Must reside in Lahore and be available for in-office work.
Compensation: Commission-Based Only: Earn up to 40% based on performance.
